SUPERVISION 101: The basics of being a supervisor at Kenyon College. This one hour session is perfect for new-to-Kenyon supervisors where we will discuss policies, procedures and important information. Leader: Leah Miller

SUPERVISION 102: This two hour session goes to the next level of supervision at Kenyon. Topics covered include establishing workplace culture, encouraging inclusivity and diversity and managing conflict. Leader: Leah Miller
