The main Kenyon website calendar, kenyon.edu/events, is a platform for advertising events that are open to the public, to a majority of the campus community, or to Kenyon alumni and families.
Events added to the calendar display on digital screens in various campus buildings and can be shared via email newsletters sent to the campus community, alumni and Kenyon families.
The administrative area of the website calendar is accessed through a module within BigTree, the website's content management system (CMS).
Frequent Event Planners
If you are a Kenyon employee who frequently plans and schedules campus events, please contact Emily Lindo to arrange access to the Events module in BigTree and schedule an introductory training session.
Other Event Planners
If you are another member of the Kenyon community with an event to promote, please reach out to your office or department administrative assistant, if applicable, for help adding your event to the website calendar, or share your event information directly with Emily Lindo.
You must confirm your space booking through Kenyon Reservations before an event can be promoted via the website calendar.
