Kenyon’s digital signage system consists of publicly facing information screens in various buildings, including Chalmers Library, Oden Hall, Gund Commons and first-year residence halls. Events on the website events calendar automatically appear on the scrolling calendars on the screens in Chalmers Library, Oden Hall and other designated locations. 

Additionally, selected events may be featured on these screens at the discretion of the Office of Communications. Events sponsored by student organizations may be featured on screens in Gund Commons and residence halls at the discretion of the Office of Student Engagement.

How to Display an Event on Digital Signs

Scrolling list of events. To add an event to the scrolling list of events, make sure your event has been submitted to the website events calendar, which automatically feeds the digital signs.

Featured events. To feature an event sponsored by an office or department, contact Adam Gilson in the Office of Communications (gilsona@kenyon.edu) as soon as you know the details. Requests are evaluated based on the event’s theme and expected audience, as well as the timeliness of the request. Not all events will be featured.
