- Task list apps
- Google Keep and Google Tasks are two apps available to Google Users. Keep includes task lists as well as notetaking options. Tasks allows you to create task lists directly from emails and sync them with your Google Calendar. Both can work on your mobile device and web browser to help you manage your tasks on the go.
- Trello is a freemium project management tool that can be used to organize tasks into virtual bulletin boards. There are many upgrades and integrations available for fees, but even the free version allows you to assign tasks within a small group.
- Todoist is a freemium to-do list app with a wide range of customization options. The free version lets you organize tasks into 5 projects at a time, and the paid versions include an AI assistant to help you with task management.
