General Price List

• Prairie Interment Rights and Burial Space: $2,500*
• Woodland Interment Rights and Burial Space: $3,000*

Each burial plot is approximately 10 x 15 feet. A burial plot will accommodate one full casket burial and one or two cremated remains or up to four cremated remains. There is no additional charge for second, third or fourth interment rights within the same plot.

Services

• Opening and Closing of the Grave – Full Casket: $250 (Mon-Fri) or $350 (Saturdays)
• Opening and Closing of the Grave – Cremated Remains: $150
• Scattering of Cremated Remains: $500**

Prices do not include the cost of transportation and funeral home fees.

* Only fully paid members of Philander Chase Conservancy’s Heritage Circle are eligible to purchase interment rights at Kokosing Nature Preserve at Fair Market Value. Heritage Circle memberships are granted to anyone making a tax-deductible gift of $2,500 or more to Philander Chase Conservancy. For each $2,500 gift made to Philander Chase Conservancy, Heritage Circle members are eligible to purchase interment rights for one burial plot, for themselves or for their designee, within three years of the date of the gift.

** Heritage Circle membership is not required for the scattering of cremated remains.
