Yes, you may cancel your registration and request a full refund of housing and meal fees up to 90 days following registration. Cancellation requests following the 90 days will incur a 3% fee from the payment processor. Gift amounts will not be reimbursed unless expressly noted by the registrant via email or phone communication.

Pets are not allowed in campus facilities.

Basic linens, a light blanket and a pillow are provided, but please bring whatever else would make you feel more at home, such as an extra blanket, hair dryer, mirror, your favorite pillow, towels, toiletries and a fan. Most rooms are doubles (two XL twin beds) with some singles. When you arrive on campus, please check in at the registration center, where you will receive your registration packet, the items mentioned above and keys.

Most events are casual. The all All-Reunion Soiree will be cocktail attire. Be sure to check the weather in the days prior to the weekend to adequately pack for Ohio early summer weather.

The College is unable to provide transportation to and from the airport due to the volume of alumni and guests we are anticipating and the resources it would require. Kenyon provides a list of companies that you may contact for your transportation needs.

Weekend parking permits are in your registration packet. Please post your permit on the dashboard of your vehicle at all times. Vehicles parked on campus illegally or without permits may be ticketed. Vehicles parked in fire lanes will be towed by the Village.

Please keep in mind the Knox County Sheriff’s Office may ticket vehicles parked illegally in non-campus areas, so take note of the fire lanes and the two-hour limits on spaces in the village center.

The College is not able to assist with tickets issued by the Sheriff’s Office. If you have any questions about parking, please inquire at the Campus Safety Office, 740-427-5000. Do not park on the shoulder along Route 308 (Chase Avenue); it is a state route and cars left there will be towed.

Check-in will be available at the registration center at the Alumni & Parent Welcome Center located at 101 Scott Lane. (Please note this is a new location for Reunion check-in!)

Registration Center Hours:

• Thursday: 12 - 8 p.m. (Open to those in the class of 1974, Perennial classes, Alumni Council and KFEC members)

• Friday: 8 a.m. - 10 p.m.

• Saturday: 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.

• Sunday: 8 a.m. - 1 p.m.

Everyone should check in at registration to receive a name tag, appropriate wristbands, parking pass and dorm keys if staying on campus.

We understand that accidents happen. However, these items come at a great cost to the College and in order to continue offering these wonderful events, we must charge a replacement fee. A fee of $15 will be charged for misplaced meal/drink wristbands and a fee of $150 will be charged for lost dorm keys. Visit the registration center for assistance.

Guests will be able to purchase a weekend dining package for through-the-line meals at Peirce Dining Hall within our registration or may purchase individual meals at the door of the Peirce servery. The servery will be open Friday for breakfast and lunch; Saturday for breakfast and lunch; and Sunday for brunch.

Our local restaurants will also be open and ready to welcome alumni back to Gambier!

Yes, please be sure to note this in the dietary restriction section when you register.

Yes! The hospitality tent will have beer and wine available throughout the weekend. The All-Reunion Soiree will also offer beer and wine.

Our reunion classes just keep getting larger, and we anticipate the campus to be at maximum capacity for the Bicentennial Reunion Weekend in 2024. We are excited to announce an All-Reunion Soiree that will include all classes. This soiree will take place on the evening of Saturday, May 25, in the Lowry Center.

Special dinners are being planned for our 50th milestone reunion class and our Perennial Reunion alumni classes (those celebrating a reunion beyond their 50th reunion).

The KenyonPublic network is intended for any guest on Kenyon's campus requiring quick access to the wireless network. Authentication is not required; guests need only accept our Terms of Service. However, intranet work services (such as printing, network drive access) are unavailable on this network. This network serves the needs of most guests on campus.

The deadline to register for Reunion Weekend 2024 is Friday, May 3.

Yes! We will offer the opportunity for all alumni to register as non-reunion year attendees, although on-campus housing for non-reunion year alumni cannot be guaranteed.

Pre-registration via Kenyon’s online form allows the alumni office to plan appropriately for the weekend. Anyone planning to attend any portion of Reunion Weekend is encouraged to complete a registration form as early in their registration window as possible. Alumni will be notified when their registration windows open via email in early 2024.

Some events, such as the Perennial and 50th dinners, and the Saturday evening All-Reunion Soiree, require a ticket to enter. We anticipate a large crowd and pre-registration ensures you a seat!

Advance registration allows us to reserve meals for you and your family/guests and to ensure we have enough space for class-specific events. We expect Reunion 2024 to be a popular event. By registering early, you’re guaranteed the opportunity to celebrate with us all weekend!

We will open registration for Reunion 2024 according to the following schedule:

Thursday, Feb. 1:

• 25th and 50th Reunion Classes (1999 and 1974)

• Perennial Reunion Alumni (celebrating a reunion beyond their 50th)

• Abraham Society Members in a Reunion Year (from classes ending in 4 or 9, as well as Kokosingers)

• Bicentennial Ambassadors

Friday, March 1:

• All Alumni in a Reunion Year (from classes ending in 4 or 9, as well as Kokosingers)

Monday, April 1:

• All Alumni

Yes. If you have a guest, partner or spouse in a different reunion year, please add them when you register; they will be recognized as part of your registration.

We welcome children at Reunion Weekend. Most of our events are family-friendly. Gambier and greater Knox County have many activities available for children, including the Brown Family Environmental Center, Ariel-Foundation Park, Gambier Community Park, the Kokosing Gap Trail and SPI Spot. During the All-Reunion Soiree on Saturday evening, we will have “kids care” from 6 - 10 p.m. in the Lowry Center. The price for this childcare will include their dinner, snacks and activities. We will also be offering family housing in the Taft cottages. This option provides access to apartment-style accommodations. Each apartment has one double occupancy room and two single occupancy rooms.

We will have limited RV/trailer electric-only camping spots available, but we can not accommodate tents. The RV option will be in the registration form with spots available on South Campus, near the soccer and baseball fields.

Priority on-campus housing will be available for alumni based on the registration schedule outlined above. All reunion housing will be first come, first served, so we recommend you register as early as possible based on your registration window.  On-campus housing is available on Friday and Saturday evenings. Special accommodations will be available on Thursday for those in the class of 1974 and Perennial Reunion alumni celebrating a reunion beyond their 50th. On-campus housing is limited, alternative options include Airbnb and VRBO should you wish to stay in the area.

We will do our best to accommodate your requests, but due to the anticipated large number of alumni eager to return to campus, we are unable to guarantee housing requests. Thank you for your understanding.

There is a $50 per person registration fee that covers hospitality tent activities (including food and drink), support of Kenyon’s Reunion Weekend student staff and the Bicentennial Block Party. The only other upfront registration costs are for housing, the Perennial and 50th Reunion class dinner, the All-Reunion Soiree and meals at Peirce Hall. These dinners are all optional. We do expect to sell out for the All-Reunion Soiree and highly encourage you to pre-register for that event.
