The KFEC is comprised of a chair, vice chair, former chair, class agent chair and other members who represent various strategic constituencies of the Kenyon Fund. Members of the Committee serve a three-year term, renewable once; the chair serves a two-year term. At any time during a chair's term, a vice chair may be appointed by the College in consultation with the chair. The appointment of the vice chair (who will succeed the chair) will normally be made, however, before the beginning of the chair's second campaign year.
