Join former Gund Associate and Metropolitan Museum of Art research assistant Virginia McBride ’15 for an exclusive tour of "The New Art: American Photography, 1839–1910." This special opportunity, co-sponsored by Kenyon’s alumni office and The Gund, will be guided by McBride who will provide expert insights into this groundbreaking exhibition at the Metropolitan Museum of Art.

Discover how photography emerged as a new artistic medium in the 19th century, reshaping visual culture and artistic expression. Through rare and iconic works, "The New Art" explores photography’s evolution from a scientific tool to an art form in its own right.

This will also be an opportunity to hear from David and Francie Horvitz Family Foundation Director and Chief Curator Daisy Desrosiers about Kenyon's esteemed academic museum, The Gund and its distinguished programs — from curricular engagements to its competitive paid internship (Gund Associates) for students across disciplines.

Please register by May 5. Space is limited — RSVP today to secure your spot!
