Kenyon College Dance, Drama & Cinema Club (KCDC) presents a production of "Beowulf: Cleanup on Isle Fieve!," written and directed by Associate Professor of Drama Anton Dudley, April 3 - 5, 2025, in the Bolton Theater.

There's a big mess on Isle Fieve: two college professors set out to adapt the epic poem, Beowulf, but only one of them has read it. Things get messier as they battle the ancient Hag-in-a-Crag over who controls this narrative of heroism, fame and the defeat of monsters. Replete with puppets, dance numbers, and a romance for the ages, there's something for everyone — except those who lose their lives to the monster Grendel and his Mother of a mother — in this irreverent, and possibly irrelevant, but highly entertaining new work.

There will be a talkback session following the production on Monday, April 7, from noon-1 p.m. in the Leach Dining Room in Peirce Hall. All are welcome to attend.
