Kenyon celebrates the life of Martin Luther King Jr. with a series of programs connecting King’s legacy to current issues that affect the campus and the world.

Monday, Jan. 20

The week begins with a celebration breakfast from 9 - 11 a.m. in Peirce Hall's Thomas Hall (New Side) featuring a keynote address by Dr. Judy Alston. The breakfast is free of charge, but registration is required.

Tuesday, Jan. 21

Kenyon welcomes classicist and political philosopher Danielle Allen to speak about "Bridging the Impasse: 21st Century Practices for a Stronger Democracy" in Oden Auditorium at 7:30 p.m.

Thursday, Jan. 23

Join small group discussions with faculty members to reflect on Allen's talk from 11:15 a.m. - 12:15 p.m. Look out for more details via email.
