Kenyon celebrates the legacy of Martin Luther King Jr. with our annual Day of Dialogue. The program highlights Dr. King’s legacy and connects it to current issues that affect the campus and the world.

This year’s keynote speaker, Danielle R. Holley, is the dean of Howard University School of Law. A scholar of education law and civil rights, and an expert on diversity in the legal profession and higher education, Holley will be speaking about Where Do We Go From Here? The program also includes moderated breakout sessions on “What is the future of racial justice and equity?” and “How may we have difficult conversations about race in a highly polarized environment?”

The livestream can be viewed here.

NOTE: Classes will operate on an adjusted schedule.*

The annual celebration breakfast, presented in conjunction with Mount Vernon Nazarene University, will take place in Thomas Hall (Peirce Dining Hall) from 9 - 11 a.m. Please contact the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (odei@kenyon.edu) for more information.
