Samantha Jones Hughes has served as the College’s civil rights/Title IX coordinator since 2016. In this role, Samantha is the designated agent of the College with primary responsibility for monitoring the College’s overall implementation of and compliance with state and federal civil rights laws, regulations and guidance. Samantha is also the designated ADA/Section 504 coordinator ensuring the College’s compliance with reports and complaints involving harassment and discrimination based on disability. 

Since arriving on the Hill in August 1997, Samantha has served the College as the area coordinator for first-year students, dean for residential life, director of student rights & responsibilities, and interim vice president for student affairs.
