Nicole Pagano-Percy joined Kenyon as director of reunion giving in June 2008 and has since served the College in various roles within the advancement division. For nearly eight years she worked in the annual giving office, cultivating a reunion giving program that supported nearly a third of Kenyon's multi-million dollar annual fund. In 2016, Nicole was promoted to Kenyon’s inaugural director of development for campus partners where she supported the fundraising initiatives of the Gund Gallery, Kenyon Review and Philander Chase Conservancy. In her current role as development officer, Nicole secures major gifts for the College, and her work is focused on the major metropolitan areas of greater Chicago, Minneapolis, Columbus, Cincinnati and St. Louis.


Nicole graduated cum laude with departmental honors from Hiram College with a degree in psychology and has experience in business development, project management, training and quality management. Prior to joining Kenyon, Nicole served as branch manager and loan officer for the Home Loan Savings Bank and as senior manager of client services for Medco Health Solutions (currently Express Scripts).

A native of northeastern Ohio, Nicole currently lives in Mount Vernon with her husband, Michael Percy, two daughters, Sophia and Lillian, and their ragdoll cat, Jack.
