Intern Hiring
- Aug. 12: Deadline to submit application for funding awards for fall and spring semesters.* You must have a position posted in Handshake for a complete application
- Aug. 16: Funding decision notification date.
- Sept. 13: Recommended date by which to extend internship offers.**
- Sept. 16: Date by which organizations receiving intern funding must notify Kenyon Career Development (cdo@kenyon.edu) of their selected hire(s)
- Feb. 3: Date by which organizations receiving intern funding must confirm with Kenyon Career Development (cdo@kenyon.edu) that interns have returned for spring.
- Feb. 10: Deadline to submit the summer 2025 application for funding awards for summer 2025. You must have a position posted in Handshake for a complete application.
- Feb. 14: Summer funding decision notification date.
- March 31: Recommended date by which to extend internship offers.**
- April 7: Organizations receiving intern funding must notify Kenyon Career Development (cdo@kenyon.edu) of their selected hire(s).

** You may hire according to your own timeline, but we recommend certain dates to improve chances of yielding on offers and aligning with Kenyon programming that supports the development and cohesion among all interns participating in the Kenyon Community Internship Program.
