Led by the civil rights/Title IX coordinator, the access committee is part of the larger civil rights advisory committee. The access committee includes representatives from the Center for Innovative Pedagogy, Campus Events, Student Affairs, Operations, Human Resources, LBIS and the student organization DISCO, which supports the disabled/chronically ill student community.
The committee identifies accessibility goals and priorities for the College; monitors accessibility progress in the areas of facilities and environment, digital access, programs and events, and academic policies and pedagogy; and serves as a resource for the campus community.
