Checklist for the Kenyon OCS Application

• Complete Advising Questionnaire prior to your first advising appointment
• Schedule as many advising appointments as you need to choose a program
• When you’ve picked a program, schedule an OCS interview to discuss your goals for this program, your preparation, and challenges you may face. The CGE will then open your application in StudioAbroad, consisting of:
  
  • Agree online to Transcript Consent
  • Complete OCS proposal
  • Complete Alternate program proposal
  • Send recommendation request to faculty
  • Send the Advisor Confirmation Form link to faculty

Please ensure that all of the materials above are submitted prior to the Kenyon application deadline. The Advising Questionnaire can be found after logging in to kenyon.studioabroad.com and you'll see application materials there after the CGE opens your application. All appointments are scheduled through Google Calendar.
