Save the date for Reunion Weekend 2026: May 22-24

Get ready to join us for Reunion Weekend 2026, happening May 22-24 on the Hill, with a bonus day for 50th and Perennial (post-50th) reunion classes on May 21. Registration will open in early 2026, according to the following schedule:

  • On Monday, Feb. 2, registration will open for:
    • 25th and 50th Reunion Classes (2001 and 1976)
    • Perennial Reunion Classes (alumni celebrating beyond their 50th reunion)
    • Alumni Council Members
    • Kenyon Fund Executive Committee Members

  • On Monday, March 2, registration will open for:
    • All Alumni in a Reunion Year (1s & 6s, The Chasers and Stairwells)

  • On Monday, March 30, registration will open for:
    • All Alumni

Registration will close on Monday, May 4 at 8 p.m. ET.

Look back at Reunion Weekend 2025

More than 1,100 alumni and their guests returned to the Hill May 23-25, with a bonus day for 50th and Perennial (post-50th) reunion classes on May 22. 

Middle Path was the place to be on Friday afternoon, when classmates joined together for the Parade of Classes from the village to Rosse Hall. Family, friends and faculty cheered as alumni walked the same path they did for Convocation and Commencement, followed by the All-Reunion Picnic on Peirce lawn. Special thanks to the Class of 1995 for sponsoring the hospitality tent for all attendees!

More than 1,100 alumni and guests returned for Reunion Weekend 2025. Featuring the Parade of Classes and All-Reunion Soiree, the weekend included picnics, parties and plenty of chances to connect with classmates and explore campus.

Reunion classes kicked off the weekend with the traditional Parade of Classes down Middle Path, echoing Convocation.
Members of the Class of 2020 were able to attend reunion at no cost thanks to Adrienne and Sheldon Kimber, of the Class of 1999, who wanted to help ensure the class that saw its graduation canceled during COVID is able to remain connected to Kenyon and each other. 
The All-Reunion Picnic, including food, drink and games, was free for everyone thanks to a gift from the Class of 1995.
Jon Tazewell ’84, Thomas S. Turgeon Professor of Drama and Film, moderated a panel hosted by Kenyon Women Giving Back on alumnae shaping stories in TV, film and theatre. (L-R) Julia Greer ’15, documentary filmmaker and founder and artistic director of The Hearth; Susan Hillenbrand Avallon ’85, former story analyst at Columbia Pictures; Mia Barnett '15, creative strategist at Amazon Prime Video; and Sophie Barrio ’20, executive assistant at Trey Parker & Matt Stone’s Park County, shared how they bring characters to life, shape narratives that reflect our times and push the boundaries of creative expression.
In addition to the 0s and 5s, several a cappella groups celebrated their reunions with concerts, including Colla Voce and the Owl Creeks.
The weekend culminated with a celebratory program for 900 people, with emcees Melzetta Moody ’05 and Ted Samuels ’05, followed by dancing.

President Julie Kornfeld announced the total given and pledged to Kenyon to all areas from the 0s and 5s reunion classes was more than $69 million. “Giving with your classmates is one of our best reunion traditions — we’re so grateful that many of you take this opportunity to increase your philanthropy to Kenyon. Together, your generosity makes an enormous impact,” she said. 
Ronald Maheia ’13, co-president of Alumni Council, helped hand out awards during the soiree, including the Gregg Cup, which was awarded to Susan Berger ’85 for her years of active volunteer service. President Kornfeld is wearing a tie-dyed jacket Berger gifted her last year to welcome her to Kenyon. Read about other award winners.
Professor of Music Benjamin “Doc” Locke stayed up past everyone’s bedtime for All-Reunion Sing on the steps of Rosse to close the weekend.
